Charlie Baker’s order will remain in effect until April 7. The governor also directed the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to issue a “stay-at-home” advisory to residents. What does this mean in regard to your trash and recycling service? Trash and refuse have been declared as essential services. During these difficult times Pratt Trucking will remain open and operating on normal schedules. Pratt Trucking will make every attempt to avoid any delays or interruptions in our services. Due to the highly contagious nature of the Covid-19 virus we are requesting that our customers place all bags and items inside of their trash/recycling containers. Items left outside of the container will not be picked up until the Covid-19 virus has passed. We also request that when possible carts be placed in locations that are easy accessible to our arm trucks limiting the chance of drivers being exposed to Covid-19 when handling carts. The Pratt Trucking Team wish all of our customers good health and greatly appreciates your understanding, cooperation and continued business during this epidemic. The Webster Transfer Station will remain open under regular hours.
