Special pickups are intended for the removal of bulky items that cannot be accommodated by route trucks such as furniture and appliances. Item(s) to be picked up must be in the customer’s driveway and not in the house or garage. Special pickups are completed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and can only be scheduled by customers with active accounts.
Customers should call several days in advance to schedule the Special Pickup. The Special Pickup Fee is $50.00 to send a truck and two men, plus disposal on the item(s) being removed. A price schedule will be furnished on request. For customers looking to dispose of a pile of trash or debris, a dumpster is the best option.
If you would like to avoid the Special Pickup Fee, you can bring the item to the Webster Transfer Station and pay only the disposal. You do not need to be a Webster resident to use the Transfer Station.
